5+ years of experience in backend development
Strong skills in Spring Boot, Spring, Java EE
Experience with relational databases and RESTful APIs
Familiar with Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Bonus: Angular, Microservices, Insurance domain, DevOps (Jira, Jenkins)
