Responsibilities
- Account Management (50%)
- Responsible for end-to-end management of long tail accounts which includes;
- Prepare pitch and present to prospective merchants
- Send quotations, agreements & relevant documentation to merchants
- Support BD Managers on specific account handling
- Post-campaign follow ups and reports
- Operational support (50%)
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on merchants activities, deals, and upsizes during the campaign period
- Update commercials using internal tools
- Prepare weekly reports for internal meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or fresh graduate (experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus)
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Driven and has strong ownership of process improvements
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and eager to join the e-commerce industry
- Must be able to multitask under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy
