Junior IAM Support Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Junior IT Operations Support Analyst to support a global data science and analytics platform for a world-leading hearing healthcare and audio technology group.

This position is designed for junior talent and early-career IT professionals. If you are a fresh graduate with relevant academic projects, internships, Linux experience, programming exposure, or IT support knowledge, we encourage you to apply.

You do not need to be an expert from day one. We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, analytical thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the motivation to build a career in IT Operations, Platform Support, and Cloud Technologies.

Your tasks

• Supporting day-to-day IT Operations and user support activities
• Troubleshooting Linux/Unix environment and access-related issues
• Resolving Git and GitLab repository, permissions, and workflow-related requests
• Handling incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Supporting users working within R, Python, and SAS environments
• Escalating complex technical issues to technical leads and support specialists
• Maintaining accurate documentation, knowledge articles, and support records
  
  

Requirements

• Freshers with relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 2 years of professional experience are encouraged to apply
• Good knowledge of Unix/Linux command line and operating systems
• Familiarity with Git and GitLab version control concepts
• Understanding of IT support processes and incident management
• Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM/ticketing tools
• Basic knowledge of Python, R, or SAS programming languages
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in multinational and multicultural teams
• Strong professional English communication skills are required
