Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Junior Project Manager with 2–4 years of experience in the engineering or semiconductor industry

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing engineering or semiconductor project deliverables
• Track project milestones, schedules, and progress; escalate risks or delays to senior management
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, or engineering teams to ensure clear communication
• Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support resource allocation, task tracking, and cross-functional team coordination
• Organise and participate in project meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are captured and completed
• Maintain project management tools and ensure project data accuracy
• Drive small-scale improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimisation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in engineering or semiconductor projects
• Strong command of English for internal communication and reporting
• Experience coordinating technical/engineering tasks or working with engineering teams
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• Knowledge of project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) is an added advantage
