Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Tax Associate to support the tax team in handling compliance and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking to build a career in taxation. On-the-job training will be provided.

• Assist in preparing corporate and individual tax computations and tax returns
• Support timely submission in compliance with Malaysia tax regulations (LHDN requirements)
• Assist in handling tax audits, queries, and documentation
• Maintain proper tax records and documentation
• Liaise with internal team members and clients for information gathering
• Provide support on basic tax and SST-related matters where required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
• A basic understanding of Malaysia's tax regulations is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting tools
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
