Job Description

Hiring: Secretarial Cum Admin Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to support our daily corporate secretarial and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in company incorporation, striking off, and maintenance of statutory records
  • Prepare and file documents with ACRA (e.g. Annual Return, changes in officers/shareholders)
  • Draft basic resolutions and company documents
  • Liaise with clients on routine matters and follow-ups
  • Handle general administrative duties (filing, document management, scheduling, etc.)
  • Support internal team on ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of corporate secretarial work (training will be provided)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented and organised
  • Able to communicate clearly with clients
  • Prior experience in corporate secretarial / accounting firm is a plus
