Hiring: Secretarial Cum Admin Assistant
We are looking for a responsible and organised individual to support our daily corporate secretarial and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company incorporation, striking off, and maintenance of statutory records
- Prepare and file documents with ACRA (e.g. Annual Return, changes in officers/shareholders)
- Draft basic resolutions and company documents
- Liaise with clients on routine matters and follow-ups
- Handle general administrative duties (filing, document management, scheduling, etc.)
- Support internal team on ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
- Basic understanding of corporate secretarial work (training will be provided)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to communicate clearly with clients
- Prior experience in corporate secretarial / accounting firm is a plus
