The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the company's sales growth by identifying
potential customers, promoting services, and maintaining good relationships with clients. The position may be based in Penang or Johor Bahru.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and follow up on new sales leads through calls, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct telemarketing and arrange meetings with potential customers.
• Assist in preparing and presenting quotations and proposals to clients.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve individual sales targets set by the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, logistics) to ensure
smooth service delivery.
• Update and report sales activities and customer feedback regularly.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, or events when required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Job requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required
