How you will contribute

  • Support and follow from start to finish co-undertake the conception, development and follow-up and coordinate the conception and production.
  • Control and facilitate timely delivery and installation of any kind of VM display
  • Manage and follow up closely the projects by liaising with the internal parties for concept validation and approval and with all external suppliers for final design and engineering, production and installation.
  • Liaising with clients technical team for concept approval
  • Ensure good delivery of the projects by monitoring time and budgets constraints.
  • Adopt the VM guideline provided by HQ and create design drawing for different type of POS and retail fixture.
  • Manage and coordinate conversations, both internally and externally, for Trade Fairs and channel events (site surveys, concept design, production, installation, dismantling)
  • Provide ad hoc renderings and designs / layouts for special projects required by the different Regions of the channel.

Who you are

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing or a related discipline
  • +3 years in similar experience preferably but not necessarily in cosmetics/ fashion/ luxury industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable working with globally distributed teams across different time zones
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid project management capabilities, with a strong attention to detail.
