We are hiring a
Key Account Executive to serve as the central liaison between our technology team and internal / external stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring the successful onboarding, configuration, and adoption of our marketing and automation platform. You'll obtain a hands-on role in supporting process automation, improving team workflows, and driving digital transformation across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between internal / external teams and the automation platform.
- Manage onboarding and migration of workflows into the system.
- Understand team needs and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Support system configuration and implementation of digital workflows.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption.
- Monitor usage, gather feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Align platform use with departmental goals to enhance efficiency.
- Understand business processes and recommend suitable automation or AI enhanced solutions.
- Troubleshoot post sales technical issues, providing first-level support or escalating to developers as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. (Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply)
- Experience in account management, internal stakeholder engagement, or onboarding digital systems.
- Basic Knowledge or interest in in AI, CRM, automation tools, or marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zoho, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Comfortable explaining technical systems to non-technical users in a clear, user-friendly manner.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
