We are a fast-growing Australian skincare brand expanding across Malaysia and Asia-Pacific. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, effective skincare while empowering influencers, e-commerce sellers, and distributors to grow their businesses with us.

To accelerate our regional growth, we are seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) with strong FMCG/Beauty industry experience to drive B2B partnerships and sales.

Role Overview

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing partnerships with livestream hosts, influencers, distributors, and strategic e-commerce partners. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding brand visibility, and ensuring our products become a top choice in the influencer commerce and online retail ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners including livestream hosts, influencer agencies, resellers, and distributors.
  • Drive B2B sales growth by securing new accounts and scaling existing partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, pricing, exclusivity deals, and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new business opportunities across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other major e-commerce platforms.
  • Design tailored B2B packages (bundle deals, tiered pricing, co-branded campaigns).
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, product) to ensure smooth execution and partner satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

  • 5+ years in FMCG, Beauty, Skincare, or Health Supplements.
  • Proven record of exceeding B2B sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia and Asia-Pacific e-commerce landscapes.
  • Hands-on experience with influencer/KOL partnerships, trade marketing, and volume deals.
  • Existing network with livestream hosts, agencies, or e-commerce distributors (preferred)

Core Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a value-based selling approach.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  • Business development mindset with ability to identify and close opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of skincare trends, product positioning, and FMCG supply chain dynamics.
