Job Description



We are looking for a commercially driven and digitally savvy Key Account Manager, eCommerce to join our National Key Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability, and market share across eCommerce platforms and online retail channels by building strategic partnerships, optimizing digital execution, and delivering exceptional commercial results.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive sales volume, revenue, profitability, and market share across assigned eCommerce accounts and digital retail channels.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with eCommerce platforms, online retailers, and marketplace partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, pricing, assortment, promotions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and digital activations that drive conversion and brand visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, new listings, and category growth across eCommerce channels.
  • Conduct business reviews with customers and partners to evaluate performance and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Analyse sales data, shopper behaviour, and market trends to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop annual Joint Business Plans (JBP), sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business objectives.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and account support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance eCommerce execution efficiency and channel performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial experience within FMCG, preferably in eCommerce, Modern Trade, or online retail channels.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce platforms, online sales operations, promotional planning, digital trade marketing, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Experience managing eCommerce accounts and supporting online sales growth through commercial initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, financial, forecasting, and commercial performance management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation tools.
  • Agile, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge or appreciation of the alcohol industry is an added advantage.
