Lead the implementation of strategic customer plans across all Etika Group categories.
Serve as the primary representative of Etika Group within the customer's organization, ensuring smooth operational execution of strategic growth initiatives.
Act as the key negotiator with customers on trading terms and category development strategies.
Consolidate sales forecasts for the assigned portfolios, ensuring alignment with the company's budget and targets.
Identify business opportunities and gaps and proactively implement solutions to achieve budget goals and improve forecast accuracy.
Manage trade spend in accordance with company guidelines, with a strong focus on maximizing return on investment within the assigned portfolios.
Translate sales development plans into effective trade execution, driving both quantitative and qualitative KPIs. Oversee Below-the-Line (BTL) implementation by leveraging operation team and merchandising partner.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field in Business Studies is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or relevant business function, such as Trade Marketing. Experience in FMCG key account management is highly desirable.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented and KPI-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives. A proven track record of success is an added advantage.
Prior experience in people management is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage.
Must possess a valid driving license, own transport, and be willing to travel as required.
