Job Description: Key Account Manager

Overview

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to build trust and loyalty.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, handling client inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues to maintain high engagement and retention levels.
Account Growth & Renewal Management
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients evolving needs.
  • Manage contract renewals, including negotiation of terms and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Prepare account status reports, renewal performance updates, and client feedback summaries for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Solution, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Work with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, implementation, onboarding, and post-sales activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in software solution sales or account management, with proven success in achieving recurring revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines.
  • Highly customer-centric with a focus on delivering long-term client success.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, computer vision, eKYC, or AI technologies is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
