Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to build trust and loyalty.
- Serve as the main point of contact, handling client inquiries, requests, and escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues to maintain high engagement and retention levels.
Account Growth & Renewal Management- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on clients evolving needs.
- Manage contract renewals, including negotiation of terms and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Prepare account status reports, renewal performance updates, and client feedback summaries for internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Solution, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Work with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, implementation, onboarding, and post-sales activities.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years of experience in software solution sales or account management, with proven success in achieving recurring revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly.
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple clients and deadlines.
- Highly customer-centric with a focus on delivering long-term client success.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, computer vision, eKYC, or AI technologies is an advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
