Job Description

Job Role Summary:

  • Oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Area of Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Key Account Manager KAM in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company. Identify key influences and decision-makers within customer and develop an action plan to deepen the relationship.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • To lead & motivate merchandiser with proper guidance and follow / discuss KAM before execute.
  • Monitor customers collections and provide updates of receivables and provide appropriate reporting procedures.
  • Identify issue on the stock ordering from customer, updating on the stock balance and operation DC.
  • Minimize on the return with clearance plan or proposal and get KAM discussion.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • Minimum SPM
  • Proven working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Good attitude and Experience in sales and merchandising
