What Can You Expect
As an experienced professional in Financial Services Assurance, you will take on meaningful responsibilities across all phases of the audit cycle.
You can expect to:
- Play a vital role in the execution of financial services audit engagements, contributing to planning, fieldwork, and completion
- Collaborate with engagement teams to ensure audits are performed in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
- Assess internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial systems, identifying risks and areas for improvement
- Analyze financial statements and transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards
- Participate in client meetings, presenting audit findings, insights, and recommendations to management
- Assist in developing audit strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with client risks and industry developments
- Lead and guide junior team members, providing mentorship, coaching, and constructive feedback
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact on audit matters

Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking experienced audit professionals who are passionate about financial services and committed to delivering exceptional work.
Qualifications & Experience
- A degree in a relevant field from leading universities is an advantage
- (Candidates who hold or are pursuing recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, CPA Australia, MICPA‑CAANZ, or equivalent are encouraged to apply)
- 2 years of experience for Senior Associate roles; 3–4 years of experience for Assistant Manager roles in financial services auditing (banking or insurance), with demonstrated progression
- Strong understanding of audit methodologies, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance within the financial services sector
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to derive meaningful insights from financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and teams
- Proven leadership qualities and a passion for developing and mentoring junior professionals
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is an added advantage
