What can you expect

As a Career Advisor, you will support and manage full-cycle recruitment and contribute to key talent initiatives. You will gain exposure to talent acquisition strategies, employer branding, and candidate engagement across various business lines within Audit, Tax, and Advisory.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offering candidates.
  • Source and engage high-caliber talent across junior to senior levels, from Associate to Director.
  • Analyze the talent market to identify recruitment trends and support the team with innovative sourcing solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure exceptional recruitment service delivery.
  • Prepare and generate monthly hiring and recruitment performance reports for leadership.
  • Represent KPMG in career fairs, recruitment drives, employer branding activities, and campus events.
  • Support internal and external employer branding initiatives, including special programs and in-house activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PPC recruitment function.

Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking passionate, people-centered individuals with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Strong command of English—both written and spoken; excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Active in extracurricular activities with demonstrated leadership qualities.
  • At least one year of HR or recruitment experience is an added advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and related sourcing platforms is highly preferred.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
