Role Summary

This Senior Manager role is a strategic business partner within KDN Tax & Legal's Stakeholder Management function. The role is critical to driving member firm awareness, adoption, and effective use of KDN Tax & Legal solutions, ultimately supporting the transformation of member firms delivery models.

Drawing on prior experience within a KPMG member firm Tax practice, the role serves as the primary day‑to‑day relationship lead between member firm leadership and KDN Tax & Legal. The Senior Manager brings deep understanding of member firm priorities and partners, translating these into practical adoption of KDN solutions such as Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Tax, and Transfer Pricing compliance.

The role also supports monthly governance and leadership forums, covering sales pipeline updates, solution‑specific delivery initiatives, quality metrics, escalations, and agreed action tracking.

Operating at the intersection of business transformation, change management, and senior stakeholder engagement, the role requires strong influence, communication, and cultural awareness across a complex global environment.

How You Will Make Your Mark

• Partner with the Head of KDN Tax & Legal and the Stakeholder Management team to design and execute adoption strategies for member firms or regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to member firm and KDN leaders, aligning KDN solutions with business priorities and transformation objectives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement across global Tax & Legal teams, identifying key stakeholders and managing complex relationships.
• Develop and deliver high‑impact stakeholder communications, training materials, and adoption messaging.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, governance meetings, and change initiatives to accelerate adoption and alignment.
• Monitor progress of adoption initiatives, reporting on outcomes, risks, quality metrics, and escalations.
• Collaborate on risk identification and mitigation across financial, operational, and compliance dimensions.
• Provide timely insights and recommendations to senior leadership to continuously refine strategy and execution.

This Role Is for You If You Have

• Client‑facing experience within Tax & Legal (preferably in a KPMG member firm)
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
• Proven experience leading complex change or transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (including PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding of adoption and change management principles
• Strong project management and structured problem‑solving approach
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment
• Experience with shared services, managed services, or outsourcing (advantageous)
