Job Description
WE ARE HIRING! Open to Local Citizens & Permanent Resident (PR) Holders - In Malaysia
Role: L2/L3 Application Support Engineer - Implementation & BAU
Location: Selangor - 5 Days Work From Office
Client: Leading Banking Client in Malaysia
Contract: 1 Year Extendable
Payroll: Laurelsoft Sdn Bhd
What You'll Do:
Provide L2 production support, ensure SLA uptime, capacity planning, DR drills, patching & housekeeping
Manage version control, CI/CD, and deployment across SIT / UAT / PROD / DR
Review vendor technical docs, solution architecture, app design & archival strategy
Create & execute SIT, support UAT, troubleshooting, Performance / Pen-Test / DR Tests
Prepare rollout packages (RCOM) & execute implementation with IT & Security teams
Manage CRs & changes per SDLC, impact analysis, tech spec updates
