. ETL-SL, ETL-CA, ETL-ACT, EMS
. Partner with TSS team for knowledge transfer & to provide support to local BU
. Be the channel for local BU communication for IT related tasks.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure key stakeholders are engaged, participating in delivery, and have their needs met upon project completion
- Collaborate with various teams to achieve deliverables
- Provide support services meeting agreed SLA
- Provide Dashboard/Report showing supporting tickets statistics & analysis
- Planning, execution & monitoring for assigned tasks
- Initiate improvement tasks whenever necessary
- Provide Local BU communication plan, contents and manage local BU responds
- Support Portfolio Delivery Lead in BAU maintenance
- Manage risk, resolve issues, escalate whenever appropriate
- Oversee regular operation tasks
- Manage and maintain relationships with other teams
- Complete and gain timely approvals for necessary governance documents
- Achieve audit compliance for team activities & deliverables
- Work in a team of 6 people in Malaysia and closely work with TSS support in GZ and BJ.
- Undergraduate degree in IT or related function that can handle the level 1 tasks in the excel.
- Azure Cloud experience (nice to have).
- At least 5+ years of experience is mandatory
- Exposure in helpdesk type of support & multi-national regional support
- Good relationship management, good team building, and the ability to work across business units and functions to achieve positive business outcomes
- Articulate, with good oral and written communication skills. Adaptable, able to interact and build relationships with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Fast learner with a willing attitude. Intellectually rigorous, with strong analytical skills and a passion in a team leader role
- Insurance or financial services industry experience is preferred
- Proactive with mind-set to drive for improvement
- Experience managing non-technical stakeholders
- Language requirements: Fluent English, good to have fair Mandarin
