About the Role

Responsible for hands‑on support and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with strong focus on Copilot Studio and Azure integrations, covering incident resolution, root cause analysis, environment management, and change quality governance.

Acts as a Power Platform CoE contributor by partnering with business and IT teams, applying AI‑enabled tools to improve platform reliability, and driving standards, best practices, and capability uplift across teams.
  • Analyse business and technical requirements to design, develop, and enhance Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.
  • Develop, configure, test, debug, document, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven Apps), Power Automate, Dataverse, Dataflows, and Copilot Studio.
  • Build and extend solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web resources, and Power BI to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Design, configure, and support Copilot Studio bots, including conversation flows, Generative AI capabilities, topic management, and secure integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Apply Azure fundamentals to support Power Platform solutions, including Azure AD, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Application Insights, and API integrations.
  • Perform end‑to‑end testing and integration of application components, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve production incidents and technical issues through structured root cause analysis.
  • Ensure system enhancements, AI features, and fixes are successfully implemented without regression or functional impact.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end users and BAU support teams.
  • Act as a technical SME by guiding and supporting Senior and Junior Analysts in resolving complex Power Platform solution.
  • Contribute to Power Platform CoE standards, best practices, governance, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
