As a Lead, Dealer Network, youll be at the center of that growth, creating strategic partnerships, opening new markets, and unlocking opportunities that move the company forward. Sitting in the CEO Office, youll work directly on high-impact initiatives that define the next stage of Bjaks journey.

What Were Looking For

A strategic dealmaker who can see opportunities before others do. Someone who can open doors, close high-value deals, and support the CEO in shaping Bjaks future.

Your key responsibilties will be:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Bjaks presence in existing and new markets.
  • Negotiate and close strategic deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including corporates, institutions, and government bodies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Operations, and HR to ensure execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to the CEO on growth initiatives.

The Right Fit Has

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate commercial opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fintech, insurtech, or tech-driven industries is an advantage.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
