Job Summary
As MRANTI advances its Connectivity Enhancement, Cloud Expansion, and Cybersecurity initiatives, this role will play a critical part in driving the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise IT infrastructure. The Lead, Network & Systems will ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing systems that align with organisational strategy, while supporting innovation and operational excellence across the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Connectivity, Cloud and Security Initiatives - Provide strategic leadership in the development and enhancement of network infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity capabilities, ensuring alignment with MRANTI's technology roadmap and business priorities
- Design and Implement Scalable Network Solutions - Architect and deploy secure, resilient, and high-performance network solutions, integrating cloud technologies and cybersecurity frameworks to support organisational growth
- Strengthen Cybersecurity and Compliance - Establish and enforce security standards, threat management protocols, and compliance frameworks to safeguard IT systems and data assets in line with regulatory requirements
- Optimise Performance and Reliability - Monitor and enhance network performance, cloud utilisation, and system reliability through proactive management, automation, and data-driven insights
- Manage IT Infrastructure Projects - Plan and deliver end-to-end IT projects, including network upgrades, cloud migrations, and security implementations, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
- Risk Management and Incident Response - Identify operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and lead incident response efforts to minimise disruptions and ensure business continuity
- Resource Planning and Cost Optimisation - Manage resources effectively, including manpower, tools, and technologies, to maximise return on investment while maintaining scalability and system availability
- Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting - Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates, technical documentation, and insights to support informed decision-making
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Possesses 8 to 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network management, or cloud computing, with a strong focus on project delivery and execution
- Proven track record in delivering network, cloud, or cybersecurity projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end IT projects, including system upgrades, cloud migrations, and security implementations
- Strong hands-on expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Solid understanding of IT governance, compliance standards (e.g. ISO 27001, PDPA), and industry best practices
- Experience with IT project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
