Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing leasing activities, including conducting market research, preparing lease agreements, negotiating lease terms, and handling lease administration. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure occupancy targets and customer satisfaction are met.

Job Description:

• Source and develop Interested parties through calls, online platforms, agents, and referrals
• Conduct site tours and property presentations to prospective tenants
• Handle the end-to-end leasing process, including negotiations and lease documentation
• Prepare and coordinate letters of offer, tenancy agreements, and related documents
• Liaise with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth lease execution
• Maintain accurate leasing records, tenant databases, and lease schedules
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agents, and property consultants
• Monitor market trends and conduct competitor and rental analysis
• Support leasing campaigns, marketing initiatives, and promotional activities
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly leasing targets
• Attend networking sessions, exhibitions, and industry events when required
• Prepare leasing reports and updates for management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 13 years of leasing or property-related experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leasing/property management systems.
