Job Description

Legal Operation Officer

- Draft, prepare and review agreements and other legal documents.

- Researching and correcting mistakes in applications for clients

- Reviewing file documentation for missing or erroneous information

- Draft laws for amending the provisions of the parent act and its subsidiary legislation, when necessary.

- Liaise with related stakeholders to understand further on issues and product related issue.

- Maintaining the SOP of Attestor Seller Loan and Buyer Loan Payment and update them accordingly to ensure that new information is streamlined accordingly as well as documenting payment processes and FAQs and work on continuous process improvement.

- Ensure borrowers are clear with the Terms and Conditions of the agreement.

- Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor or the Head of the Division.
  • Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Laws (LL.B) or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years post qualification working experience, preferably in legal field.
  • Preferably with general knowledge in financial sector.
Good legal drafting skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements, and guidelines on financial and credit industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
