This is a full-time, on-site Legal Executive role based in Selangor, Malaysia. The Legal Executive will handle legal documentation, contracts, and compliance to support the company's operations. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with external legal counsel when necessary. The individual will also manage risk and resolve legal disputes efficiently while upholding the company's values and standards.

• Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, corporate law, and risk management
• Ability to analyze legal issues and provide clear, strategic advice
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Legal qualification (e.g., LLB or equivalent) and relevant professional certifications are required
• Experience in the shipping, logistics, or transportation industry is an asset
