About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Livestreaming Operator to join Gmeelan's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily livestreaming operations across Malaysia and the Philippines markets, driving sales performance and enhancing audience engagement on platforms like Shopee and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end daily livestream operations on Shopee & TikTok platforms
- Coordinate and support livestream sessions, ensuring smooth execution of all live activities
- Monitor live performance (traffic, engagement, GMV) and optimize in real-time
- Work closely with live hosts to improve on-camera performance, script flow, and conversion rate
- Handle live host management, including scheduling, training, and performance tracking
- Analyze livestream data and continuously refine strategies to improve results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, content) to align campaign execution
- Ensure livestream room setup, product readiness, and promotional activities are well-prepared
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a livestreaming operator (TikTok preferred)
- Familiar with Shopee & TikTok live commerce ecosystem
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple livestream sessions
- Good understanding of e-commerce conversion logic and user engagement strategies
- Experience in skincare or cosmetics livestreaming is highly preferred
- Able to work on shift schedules, including weekends or peak campaign periods
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu as working languages
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive mindset
