Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end air and sea freight operations for both export and import shipments.
  • Take lead in air freight coordination – bookings, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery.
  • Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and overseas agents.
  • Coordinate closely with customers (shippers and consignees) to ensure service excellence.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWB, BL, invoices, packing lists, COO, etc.).
  • Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with customs, airline, and port regulations.
  • Support billing, costing, and job closing activities.
  • Maintain proper records, files, and assist in internal/external reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight operations (mandatory).
  • Working knowledge of sea freight (export & import) processes.
  • Familiar with customs procedures and documentation requirements.
  • The candidate must possess supervisory skills and a team player with a high level of integrity and commitment.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems.
  • Able to handle multiple customers and prioritize under pressure.
  • Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
