Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The Logistics Manager will oversee day-to-day logistical operations, including managing supply chain activities, inventory control, procurement processes, and ensuring efficient distribution of goods. The individual will ensure timely delivery, coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders, and optimize operational processes to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, the Logistics Manager will address customer service concerns related to logistics and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee and streamline operational processes.
• Strong skills in Inventory Management and Procurement for effective resource planning and acquisition.
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service within a logistics or supply chain context.
• Proven ability to adhere to deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and solve logistical challenges proactively.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in logistics and inventory software systems is highly advantageous.
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
