Mall leasing (different level) - SS2, Klang, Cyberjaya, Johor Bahru

· Source potential prospects and handle leasing inquiries.

· Conduct marketing cold calls, site viewings, and presentations.

· Manage lease documentation and ensure compliance.

· Generate leads and negotiate leasing deals from initiation to execution.

· Assist with retail operations and recommend strategies to improve efficiency.

· Collaborate with tenants and ensure adherence to mall rules and regulations.

· Monitor tenancy renewals and follow up on payments.

· Support planning and implementation of the mall's tenancy mix.

· Research and report on competitive leasing trends.

· Address and communicate issues to management, proposing corrective actions.

· Work closely with the Head of Department to achieve departmental goals.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.

· Fresh graduates or candidates with marketing experience preferred.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Resourceful and able to work effectively with prospect and tenants.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
