About the Job
To support Agency Division by driving deliverables related to Business Planning, Performance Management and Management Reporting with active involvement in planning, formulation, implementation, communication and assessment of action plans result.
Analytics & Planning
- Handle analytical planning such as performance statistics and internal reviews of agency sales trends.
- Assist and work closely with management on business reviews and periodic reports. Identify opportunities and areas of improvement for future strategic planning and management.
- Ensure accurate and timely provision of analyses, reports and presentations of management reporting, e.g. Monthly SMT meetings, Business Planning monitoring reports, etc.
- Provide regular insights and highlights sales trends to support agency performance management.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI) by ensuring smooth implementation of strategies and initiatives in a timely manner.
- Participate in business initiatives/ projects as required. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Annual Business Plan, identify and understand key business drivers by providing insights to Agency Divisional Heads.
Agency Contest Management
- Identify opportunities and analysing sales trends by working closely with relevant stakeholders to plan, formulate and launch agency sales contests to drive sales and recruitment.
- Ensure accuracy with strategic thinking in planning, analysis and recommendation of sales contests.
- Timely management of overall sales contest development, execution and post implementation review. Proactive in follow up and follow through to ensure meeting deliverable deadlines.
- Manage Agency Related Expenses to ensure proper planning, tracking and implementation.
Representative to handle required assessment work
- Ensure task execution in timely manner, e.g. Department Compliance/ Risk Officer.
