  • This position is forOffice of Corporate Communications and Marketing (OCCM).
  • Support marketing, digital, and audience data analytics across the Digital Marketing function, helping to integrate and activate first-party and campaign data across recruitment marketing touchpoints.
  • Support the definition of audience segments to enable targeted activation across APAC recruitment markets, and contribute to effective use of martech and adtech data across the team and its platforms. Analyse campaign and audience journey performance to improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
  • Measure and report campaign effectiveness across paid, owned, and organic channels, translating findings into recommended actions.
  • Apply acquisition and funnel metrics, such as cost efficiency and conversion performance, to improve marketing effectiveness and spend efficiency.
  • Contribute to reporting frameworks, KPIs, and targets that track and optimise digital and acquisition performance, translating data into decision-ready insight for team leads and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to support planning and stakeholder reporting, keeping analytics datasets organised so reporting stays reliable and current.
  • Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver data-led solutions to marketing challenges, and support adoption and effective use of martech and adtech platforms.
  • Maintain quality and consistency across analytics deliverables throughout the contract period.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience, in marketing, business, communications, data analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years experience working with marketing and digital analytics data in a corporate, agency, or digital marketing environment.
  • Able to connect marketing, data, and technology, translating analytics into practical marketing outcomes rather than insight alone, with an emphasis on activation, optimisation, and efficiency.
  • Working proficiency in data visualisation and web analytics tools, for example GA4, Google Search Console, PowerBI, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology platforms, for example marketing automation, social media management, and reporting tools.
  • Comfortable working across cross-functional teams to prioritise and deliver against clear briefs within a fixed timeframe.
  • Strong delivery and organisation skills, able to set priorities and meet outcomes across multiple stakeholders within a defined contract period.
  • Clear communicator, able to engage and align internal teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, analytical, resourceful, and collaborative, with sound judgment grounded in data.
