Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
• Business Case Development: Formulate, evaluate, and present business cases for products, partnerships, and investments with robust financial and strategic modelling.
• Pricing Strategy & Governance: Define and execute enterprise pricing strategies, conduct performance analyses, and optimise commercial models.
• Incentive & Performance Management: Design, implement, and monitor sales incentives and commissions to drive desired behaviours and results.
• Analytics & Forecasting: Maintain dashboards and models to track sales performance, pipeline health, and pricing impact for informed decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to ensure proposals are financially sound, strategically aligned, and deliver measurable value.
About You
• Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's or professional certification is a plus.
• 5–8 years experience in commercial strategy, pricing, business case development, or incentive management, preferably in telecom, B2B, or tech.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting, investment evaluation, and commercial acumen with understanding of enterprise markets.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and financial systems is an advantage.
