What you'll do:
As Manager, Business Continuity Management, you will be entrusted with leading the evolution of the Group's BCM Framework-ensuring it remains robust, current, and aligned with global best practices. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with business unit leaders and continuity officers as you guide them through developing tailored BCPs and CMPs. You will orchestrate impactful BIA workshops that lay the foundation for effective crisis response strategies. By spearheading regular plan reviews and simulation exercises, you will help embed resilience into every layer of the organisation. Your efforts in updating training materials will nurture a culture of preparedness among staff at all levels. Reporting directly to senior committees ensures your work is visible at the highest echelons of decision-making. * Review and enhance the Group Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework by updating processes and templates to ensure alignment with industry standards and seamless execution of continuity strategies.
* Maintain active relationships with professional bodies and related companies to facilitate ongoing knowledge sharing and keep abreast of evolving BCM standards.
* Facilitate comprehensive Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops, ensuring thorough preparation and effective participation from all relevant stakeholders.
* Develop robust Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Crisis Management Plans (CMP) for the Head Office while guiding business units and continuity officers in crafting their own tailored plans.
* Regularly review, update, and maintain the currency of all continuity plans and recovery strategies across the Group's diversified businesses.
* Lead the execution of periodic testing for BCPs/CMPs through crisis simulation exercises, collaborating closely with business units to design realistic test scenarios.
* Continuously review and refresh BCM awareness materials to foster a resilient culture throughout the organisation's head office and operating companies.
* Prepare detailed periodic reports on BCM activities for submission to the Group Business Continuity Steering Committee and Board, ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Engage proactively with function owners, process owners, legal, finance, IT, health & safety, sustainability, HR teams, as well as risk coordinators across subsidiaries to drive buy-in for BCM initiatives.
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by the company to support broader risk management objectives.

* At least two years experience in a managerial capacity within Business Continuity Management is essential for success in this position.
* Experience working within public listed companies or regulatory agencies-especially those involved in manufacturing and production, film exhibition/distribution, property development or fast-moving consumer goods-is highly desirable.
