Manager, Business Development and Bid Management
Job Description
SMM, our Integrated Facilities Management (iFM) business, manages complex portfolios and large-scale assets with precision and care, supporting government agencies, commercial clients, and critical infrastructure.
As the Manager for iFM Business Development and Bid Management, your primary role is to facilitate the governance process through conducting reviews; risk assessments; financial practices; independent feedback to support approvers; decision making and meaningful analysis of pursuit trends/win/loss to facilitate business strategies.
Reporting to Senior Executive Director, you will lead the marketing and sales team for the SMM business through planning and executing business strategies to assist senior management to achieve annual growth targets.
Your Key Responsibilities Include

Your Key Responsibilities Include
- working with tender teams to seek and bid for jobs
- overseeing all bids comply with internal policies and guidelines
- developing customer relationship with existing and potential clients
- reviewing and renewing channels to promote company's services
- conducting review of smart and innovative product and/or process to adopt for productivity and revenue
- assisting senior management in risks review, strategy development and annual budget
- promoting team cohesion and individual staff welfare
- About 5 to 10 years of experience in project delivery and relevant working experience in the Integrated Facilities Management industry
- Experience in bidding for Singapore Government project tenders and/or overseas project tenders (added advantage)
- Ability to work independently under stringent timeline with minimal supervision
- Ability to be agile, meticulous, outspoken and resourceful
- Good communication skills, able to engage with the different stakeholders, both internal and external
- Strong business/commercial acumen and analytical skills in risk management
- Teamwork leadership to guide and harmonise the sales/marketing and bid teams for synergistic outcome and success
