Position Overview

Are you passionate about transforming the way organizations operate We are looking for a visionary Business Process Re-engineering Manager to lead transformation initiatives that drive agility, efficiency, and customer-centricity. Key Responsibilities

  • Champion and lead end-to-end business process transformation across departments, aligning operations with strategic goals and future-ready capabilities.
  • Conduct deep-dive diagnostics including process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause identification to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine workflows, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity and customer experience.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure the success and sustainability of re-engineered processes.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops, change labs, and training sessions to embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all transformation efforts are aligned with regulatory standards, risk frameworks, and strategic priorities.
  • Develop compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps for senior leadership, articulating value creation and impact.
  • Apply structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering to drive data-driven decision-making and scalable solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process excellence and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in process re-engineering, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
  • CBPRP and/or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in leading complex transformation programs and re-engineering initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in process design tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive results in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
