Job Purpose

To support the CEO in managing key priorities, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and following through on important tasks and projects.

To support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing key priorities, ensuring smooth coordination across departments, and following through on important tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitating Partner Engagement:

Assist the CEO and MD in engaging effectively with key partners through regular meetings, strategic discussions, and collaborative initiatives.

  • Enhancing Partnership Performance:

Strengthen the bank&aposs existing partnerships by identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration, resolving challenges, and ensuring mutual benefits.

  • Driving Collaborative Projects:

Coordinate and support projects initiated with existing partners, ensuring they are completed on time and deliver the expected results.

  • Strategic Support

Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives directed by the CEO, ensuring that they are completed on time and within the defined scope.

  • Execution of CEO&aposs Agenda:

Execute the CEO&aposs priorities effectively by aligning my daily actions with long-term strategic goals.

  • Board and Executive Reporting Quality:

Deliver error-free, insightful, and professional reports for the CEO and Board of Directors.

  • Operational Efficiency

Respond to and execute tasks assigned by the CEO with speed and precision.

  • Event and Communication Management

Ensure all CEO-related events are well-executed and meet stakeholder expectations.

Deliver clear, concise, and impactful internal communications that align with the CEO&aposs directives.

Skills/ Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13 years of working experience, preferably in corporate, administrative, or coordination roles. Fresh graduates with strong internship or leadership experience may be considered.

Qualities, Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
