Are you ready to bridge the gap between Malaysia's leading media powerhouse and the public sector As our Manager, Client Brand Marketing, you will be the strategic lead responsible for unlocking high-impact opportunities within government ministries, agencies, and GLCs. You will drive growth by turning public sector priorities into creative, multi-platform media solutions that make a real difference.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and nurture deep connections with key stakeholders across government ministries and public sector bodies.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within the government landscape into revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Solution Architecting: Create customized pitches and integrated proposals that align our diverse media capabilities with specific government needs and procurement requirements.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring government policies, tenders, and emerging trends to refine our business strategies.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments to ensure the seamless execution of high-profile public sector campaigns.

Who We're Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of successful experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for candidates from the media industry.
  • Sector Savvy: Proven ability to navigate government protocols and a solid understanding of public sector procurement and tender processes.
  • Tools of the Trade: High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to create persuasive, data-driven proposals.
  • Mobility: A willingness to travel for client meetings and major industry forums.
