Manager, Corporate Treasury-Balance Sheet Management

About The Job

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is pivotal in managing the company's balance sheet risk, ensuring strong risk controls, and supporting initiatives to optimize capital and financial resilience. You will be shaping capital, risk and performance decisions across multi-billion-ringgit portfolios while building expertise to develop your career in treasury and risk leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct balance sheet risk management activities, including monitoring key ratios and managing exposures.
• Prepare and deliver reports on corporate treasury activities
• Support monitoring of investment activities and provide insights on risk-return outcomes.
• Enhance risk monitoring dashboards and reporting frameworks for management and regulators.
• Participate in projects to strengthen balance sheet efficiency under evolving capital frameworks.
• Contribute to policy development and enhancements to treasury governance.
• Coordinate with Group head office and key internal stakeholders on balance sheetrelated matters.
• Engage with solution providers to explore new approaches to risk and investment challenges.

We are looking for people who

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Actuarial Science, or quantitively oriented field
• 37 years experience in Treasury, Risk, or Investment functions within insurance, banking, or asset management.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data tools (Power BI, Bloomberg is a plus).
• Experience in process automation and strong sense of process ownership is a plus.
• Professional qualifications (CFA, FRM, or equivalent) is a plus
