Manager / Director, Agency Development

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven professional to join us as Manager / Director, Agency Development Depending on seniority and experience, the successful candidate will either lead or support the growth of our agency network, strengthen strategic alliances, and drive business expansion across regions.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the company's agency development strategy while also ensuring effective execution through training, recruitment, events, and sales campaigns.

Responsibilities:-

• Agency Development & Support Recruit, onboard, and grow our agency and agent network. Drive performance through structured training, product presentations, and engagement programs.
• Business Growth & Campaigns Plan and deliver recruitment campaigns, sales initiatives, and incentive programs to achieve company growth targets.
• Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Build and manage strong relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders to expand market reach.
• Events & Seminars Organize impactful seminars, product briefings, and regional events to support business expansion and branding.
• Business Development Operations Monitor sales performance, track achievements, and ensure smooth processes that support agency productivity.
• Product Development Support Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to roll out new offerings and drive adoption in the market.
• Leadership & Team Development Depending on level, lead or supervise a team of executives, providing coaching and fostering a high-performance culture.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Manager Level: 57 years experience in business development, sales, or agency management.
• Director Level: 10+ years experience with proven leadership in agency growth, strategic alliances, and business expansion.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management is an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
