Manager, E-commerce (TikTok Shop)

We are seeking a Manager, E-commerce (TikTok Shop) to lead the end-to-end development and scaling of our TikTok Shop and social commerce channel. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full ownership of strategy and execution. You will act as the single-threaded owner of TikTok commerce performance—driving GMV growth, building creator ecosystems, and integrating content with conversions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Business Ownership (TikTok Shop)

• Own and drive the TikTok Shop P&L, including GMV, revenue, and profitability targets
• Define and execute the growth strategy and roadmap for TikTok commerce for DLMI
• Identify and prioritise key growth levers (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention)

2. Store Setup, Optimisation & Operations

• Lead end-to-end store setup and management (product listings, pricing, promotions)
• Collaborate with supply chain on inventory planning
• Ensure strong campaign execution and store health metrics

3. Content-Commerce & Live Strategy- Develop and execute content-led commerce strategy (video + live selling)

• Collaborate with marketing team to build and scale a creator/affiliate network to drive creator led GMV growth
• Optimise TikTok Live performance

4. Data Analytics & Performance Optimisation

• Track GMV, conversion, CAC, ROAS, AOV
• Generate insights and drive continuous improvement

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work with marketing, supply chain, media and finance teams
• Manage external agencies and stakeholders without direct reports

Job Requirements: 

• 6–8+ years of experience in E-commerce / Digital Commerce, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop, including store setup, operations, and driving sales growth
• Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including content commerce, affiliate, and live strategies
• Strong commercial, performance marketing, and analytical capabilities, with a solid understanding of pricing, margins, ROI, and key e-commerce metrics
• Independent and hands-on individual with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
