About the Job
The individual will provide leadership to the End User Computing capability of Great Eastern. The individual should own the end user experience vision and roadmap and drive for continuous improvements to overall end user computing experience, including enhancements to enterprise solutions like Intune, M365, VPN, etc. This role requires an individual to work closely with other IT leaders and key stakeholders to develop strategies that support the organization's goals affecting end users. The EUC department provides level-2 support for enterprise solutions utilized by end users.
Additionally, the individual will also provide technological leadership on solutions affecting end user computing experience. The individual can be a solution architect and the subject matter expert to new enterprise technologies to be introduced affecting communications and collaboration and remote access and end-point computing.
