Key Responsibilities
As a Manager, Group Reporting, you will:
- Review the Group's quarterly results, announcements, and Board of Directors reports.
- Analyze forecast results and review management accounts for subsidiaries.
- Prepare and coordinate the Group's financial statements, including notes to accounts and annual reports.
- Represent finance in key meetings.
- Lead the preparation of the half-yearly enterprise risk management analysis.
- Work with auditors to resolve significant audit issues and ensure timely audit completion.
- Provide coaching and guidance to your team.
- Support the implementation of new systems and drive process improvements.
- Assist the CFO with ad hoc matters.

- Proven experience preparing financial statements, consolidation journal entries, and eliminating interorganizational transactions.

About You
- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- You have 7+ years of relevant experience, including group reporting and accounting consolidations.
- You have strong knowledge of IFRS and regulations.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
