This is a hands-on HRBP role. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with senior leaders, frontline managers and employees, and should be willing to spend time in the business rather than operate only from the HR office.

- Support career pathways for technicians, engineers, supervisors and managers.
- Partner Talent Acquisition on hiring priorities and critical workforce needs.
- Analyse attrition, absenteeism, engagement and workforce trends and recommend targeted interventions.
- Support compensation, promotions, retention initiatives and salary benchmarking.
- Coach managers to strengthen people leadership and management effectiveness.
- Support organisational change, restructuring and transformation initiatives.
- Help build a high-performance culture with strong accountability, employee engagement and operational discipline.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
- Approximately 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with stronger leadership and business-partnering experience expected at Senior Manager level.
- Strong experience in HR business partnering or a broad HR generalist role.
- Good knowledge of workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent management and Malaysian employment legislation.
- Proven ability to influence and advise managers and senior leaders.
- Strong judgement, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and operationally demanding environment.
Preferred experience
We have a strong preference for candidates with experience in:
- Aviation or aerospace
- Aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO)
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Transportation
- Other technical, industrial or frontline-intensive environments
Experience supporting a large technical workforce, managing workforce ramp-up, or working in a start-up or transformation environment would be highly relevant.
