Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for Manager, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), based in Selangor, Malaysia. The HRIS Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of human resource information systems to ensure operational excellence. The role includes analyzing HR data workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical requirements, ensuring data accuracy, and creating reporting tools for data-driven decision-making. The Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting system-related issues and staying up-to-date on HR technology trends to support process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing HR information systems, including system implementation, configuration, and data migration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and database management.
  • Project management skills, with a focus on overseeing HRIS development and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies, including compliance with labor laws and best practices.
  • Technical proficiency in HR software and systems, with the ability to train end-users.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in the oil and gas or energy sector would be an advantage.
