Manager, IT Program Management & Project Delivery

This is more than a typical IT product role. We are looking for asenior IT leaderwho can connect business priorities, product direction, application delivery, and operational performance at country level. In this role, you will help shape the country product roadmap, support regional and global application deployments, and drive practical improvements through systems integration, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and drive thecountry product vision and roadmapin alignment with regional and global business goals.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and translate needs into practical product and application plans.
• Support the deployment ofglobal and regional IT applicationswithin the country environment.
• Overseecountry IT application operations, performance management, budget tracking, and continuous improvement.
• Manageapplication-to-application integrationand identify opportunities to improve efficiency throughautomation, including RPA and Power Apps.
• Build strong relationships with country stakeholders, senior business leaders , and local suppliers to support delivery, negotiate effectively, and monitor performance.
• Influence across functions and navigate competing priorities to deliver value throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead teams and shape capability plans that support both current and future business priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in IT product, application, or digital solution leadership within a complex business environment.
• Ability to balancestrategy, delivery, and operational performanceacross a country or enterprise landscape, reflecting the role's focus on roadmap ownership, application deployment support, and run operations.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing capability, with experience working across departments and with third-party suppliers.
• Good understanding of systems integration, application delivery, and continuous improvement, with added value in automation exposure such as RPA and Power Apps.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, and people leadership skills.
• More than8 years of relevant experienceand aBachelor's degree.
