Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate the company's freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Develop and implement efficient logistical solutions to meet client requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Analyse operational data and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
- Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy
Qualification
- In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding operations, logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in using relevant logistics management software and tools
