Job Description

The duties will be mainly responsible to support & oversee the nationwide operational excellence activities in driving improved agents and partners experience and efficiency of the process on operational system/ changes and establish internal / external communication on the changes to branches & business units and other stakeholders related to the duties and responsibilities

Main Responsibility

Operational Excellence

  • Support in understand and evaluate agent / partners journey includes work processes and procedures.
  • Perform mapped process and identify process deficiency.
  • Establish process steps with respective stakeholders and implement simplified process.
  • Reassess and improve the process of BPM on business submission flow.
  • To establish the best solution for generating a report for the entire distribution channel.
  • To lead an UAT team from various business unit personnel

Transformation Project

  • Identify opportunities with respective business stakeholders to drive the implementation of system enhancement, initiatives and projects.
  • Coordinate demand handling with project management team to ensure the requests have been fulfilled.
  • Establish ongoing communication/briefing to ensure the system changes have been clearly communicated.

Communication Support

  • To communicate with all stakeholders on any changes of the operations improvement/ enhancement and issue any internal circulate to business partners if needed.
  • To coordinate with all stakeholders on any request on the UAT environment required.

Compliance (this is compulsory section)

Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines, as well as relevant Company, Regional and Generali policies and procedures.

Information Security (IS):

Responsible for defining requirements as regards to information availability, confidentiality, and integrity. Managers must ensure that all staff members (including temporary staff) and providers comply with the relevant security standards.

  • Perform risk analysis to determine risk and potential business impacts.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with Information System Security Manager on all Information System Security activities within department.
  • Ensure compliance on Information System Security standards and Information System Security guidelines are adhere to within department.

Data Privacy:

Ensure compliance with Data Privacy laws and regulations, policies, standards, process and procedures implemented by the Company at all times.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

Education

Degree in any discipline and/or related

AMII /ACII / DMII or equivalent insurance qualifications

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in agency administration with strong communication skills.
