Job Description
YOUR ROLE AS A:
The Procurement Manager is a senior individual contributor role responsible for owning sourcing outcomes, leading complex negotiations, and guiding junior team members through coaching rather than formal people management.

Act as the primary procurement point of contact for key stakeholders.
Communicate procurement positions, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and confidently.
Push back constructively on biased, incomplete, or high-risk requests while maintaining trust.
Coaching & Capability Building
Coach and guide Procurement Executives and Senior Executives through real sourcing cases.
Review and challenge recommendations to improve thinking, logic, and commercial judgement.
Lead by example through hands-on execution rather than instruction.
Problem Solving & Judgement
Operate effectively under ambiguity, incomplete information, and time pressure.
Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, cost, risk, and compliance.
Take ownership of mistakes and drive corrective actions without blame-shifting.
Continuous Improvement (Practical)
Identify recurring issues and propose targeted improvements based on lived experience.
Improve ways of working without unnecessary structure or bureaucracy.
WHO YOU ARE:
