Our client is a leading player in the telecommunication infrastructure sector, delivering critical network solutions and services across the region. Currently they are looking for Manager, PMO to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and manage global process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Set, track, and review project deadlines, targets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and enhance dashboards, metrics, and reporting to drive operational excellence.
- Plan, document, and execute projects, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Analyze project financials, risks, and budgets; recommend actionable process improvements.
- Lead business reviews, coordinate with consultants, and implement operational enhancements.
- Conduct industry research to challenge current operations and continuously add value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in PMO, project management, or operations roles, ideally in engineering or technical industries.
- Strong analytical, financial, and risk management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in driving operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
