Job Purpose
Support and lead the Regional Talent Management initiatives i.e. to drive, manage and implement the Regional Talent Management strategy, framework, policy and processes in order to lead CIMB Group into becoming a ASEAN regional talent factory.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource / Organisational Psychology Management Science/ Organisational Behaviour or other relevant areas
Professional Qualifications
Project Management Certification / Business Process Improvement Certification an added advantage
Relevant Work Experience
Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Consulting, Programme/Project Management, or Business Development. Prior experience in the banking industry is an added advantage.
